Richard Dawkins on Pop!Tech

A nice lecture from Dawkins on the needless deference given to "people of faith" contrasted with the innate humility of scientific reasoning. The universe is stranger than we know and perhaps stranger than our minds have evolved to understand, yet scientific theory can predict things that are true. Science also has the humility to change when presented with new evidence.

Why is that so hard to understand?
